North West England Ride Out

So the cold is attempting to disappear and the bikes are coming out in force!

Just wondering if there are any bikers north west that would fancy a mini meet and ride out somewhere?

I live in Winsford, Cheshire so let me know :)

Up for a meet in Glossop and do the Snake, come back over the Woodhead to Glossop?

Know a few in West Yorks that would be up for it.

Head East, there's a town called Glossop which guards the entrance to the infamous Snake Pass. Once you get to Ladybower reservoir, you can head through some tight twisties and back along the Woodhead pass, the last bit has a nuce hairpin.

Gimme a couple of months of riding to get back into it so i dont make a stupid mistake and kill myself :P

Definitely up for that though! heard a lot of things of the snake pass so it will be something to aim for :D

The Snake isn't a bad road as long as you don't ride it like a prick. The hairpin on the Woodhouse is easy at a slower speed. All a good learning curve. I know the roads quite well and there's videos on my channel (and all over YT), so I don't mind taking you along at a suitable pace.

Sounds good to me :D let me get my mic and everything set up and we will arrange ti then :)

Ouch haha! Winsford! I have lived in London for 5 year now, but am from Ruffheath! I know the biking scene cant be amazing there? Link me up with your vid's if you have some?

The snake pass is a doddle, but it can be pretty busy and people seem to love dangerously slamming on the breaks before every small corner.

Keep the right distance away from the vehicles in front and it's a nice ride.

incorporate it with the hope valley, winnats and the cat n fiddle to mac, good day's riding...

I have a Les Mosses, Pillon and Jaun mountain pass trio I like to run :)

I'll do a video of it for my 100 sub celebration.
