THX!...it used to be a 3times a week of heavy and intense workouts(i trained like that for months)..then now its up to 4-5 times a week with mostly all bodyweight workouts for definition!...URS?

Im into long distance running so it only twice a week as i need long recovery periods after my runs, but i do alot of plyametric training and body weight explosive circuits thats my split.... some of my clients splits are insane and they love em :D

i wont get a beer belly! but only because i dont like beer! is there such thing as a guiness belly?
