It's a simple test and you'll know very quick whether this is the case. For the larger percentage of diabetics its no big deal, and can be controlled simply through diet. In fact, some larger chemists (like big Boots, with consultation rooms) can offer the service without you even needing to see a doctor.
If the test comes back negative however, go see a doctor and discuss seeing a sleep therapist. There are a lot of different sleep disorders out there.
On a slightly different note however, lay off the high caffeine stuff anyway - I don't know how old you are, but it's been proved in the last year or so that youngsters (and especially teens) are chemically wired to be 'lazy' (or rather, what we perceive to be lazy) and sleep later in the morning. You may just have an extreme form, aggravated by diet.
Teenage years have only just recently passed by on the time scale

I've already started to cut back on caffine, i was drinking far to much tea and coffee to be honest and taking to much sugar, today i've only had a couple of cups (which is a massive change considering i would have at least 10 on a slow day... (With three sugars per cup)). As for sleeping pattern, i've managed to change it by about 1 hour, but i'm giving myself a time to see the doc, if i can't sort it within a week on my own, i'll go investergate why i can't fix the issue myself. If i start to feel weak or an odd difference from not talking in so much coffee and sugars, i'll seek advice!
Cheers guys!
