PS: You probably have full blown AIDS. :(

(see now when you go to the doc, even if he says you have something, you can be like "WHEW, at least I don't have AIDS!!!")

You should write a self-help book Ducman

Thanks ladies (hehe) To be honest, @Desmovalves i do consume alot of Cafenine and Sugar, without alot of sugar (i have a high sugar count) i tend to get very weak (though i am not diabetic, though that "could" happen if i carry on like this) so i'm going to cut down on sugar intake alot and try to get into a decent eating pattern, as currectly due to the random sleeping issues, i eat at different times almost everyday. While studying has now come to a slight stop, that could have a major roll, i'm also currently looking for work, which may also be a factor, though i've had this issue even when i was working, if i can't try to fix it within the next week or so, i'll go see my Doctor about it. I've arranged to be forcefully woken up tomorrow morning etc. Hopefully it'll work?

Yeah, you're definitely headed down the diabetic road. See your doc.

Lay off the caffeine, drink a hell of a lot of water to start flushing they system. If you have to have sweetness in your tea or coffee, switch to Splenda or some other artificial thing. Made a big difference for me.

I believe I have the same thing. Your story matches up with mine perfectly.

1) A sharp poke in the eye seems to do the trick. Make sure you have a sharp stick on your nightstand.
2) I do.
3) No! He will stick his finger up your arse.
4) I believe this is called "lazeenitis", a rare form a laziness associated with complete slugs like you and I. The cure is to go workout, eat healthy, and to GET A JOB BUM!

Hughes, you have had alot going on in your life recently and stress and worry tend to mess with your sleep or your will to even get out of bed.
I think it would be very smart to go see your doctor. Sometimes you can't just fix things on your own.
Even with help from ducman...LOL

First thing Hughes, get a diabetics test. In the UK, there is a huge number of people who are known to be diabetic but have never been diagnosed. It's a simple test and you'll know very quick whether this is the case. For the larger percentage of diabetics its no big deal, and can be controlled simply through diet. In fact, some larger chemists (like big Boots, with consultation rooms) can offer the service without you even needing to see a doctor.

If the test comes back negative however, go see a doctor and discuss seeing a sleep therapist. There are a lot of different sleep disorders out there.

On a slightly different note however, lay off the high caffeine stuff anyway - I don't know how old you are, but it's been proved in the last year or so that youngsters (and especially teens) are chemically wired to be 'lazy' (or rather, what we perceive to be lazy) and sleep later in the morning. You may just have an extreme form, aggravated by diet.

Teenage years have only just recently passed by on the time scale  I've already started to cut back on caffine, i was drinking far to much tea and coffee to be honest and taking to much sugar, today i've only had a couple of cups (which is a massive change considering i would have at least 10 on a slow day... (With three sugars per cup)). As for sleeping pattern, i've managed to change it by about 1 hour, but i'm giving myself a time to see the doc, if i can't sort it within a week on my own, i'll go investergate why i can't fix the issue myself. If i start to feel weak or an odd difference from not talking in so much coffee and sugars, i'll seek advice!

Cheers guys!

10 cups of tea? You win "British Stereotype Award 2010". Quick, take a bow and thank all the little people before Kanye rushes in and cuts you off. :D
