Hey Guys and Girls,
So where do i start... I've been having some pretty bad problems latly which are starting to affect my days, it doesn't matter if i go to sleep early or late, it seems to make no difference. I will wake up in the morning at some point, normally anywhere from 6am till 11am (even with an alarm, i remain alseep till somewhere in this time zone). When i come round, i will be thinking "Right, time to get up". But i just... Can't. I will then normally fall into a deep sleep and remain like that for hours untill i finally wake in the afternoon and jump out of bed knowing i've overslept and wasted my day! I cant seem to control it? Like i said, i could go to sleep at 7pm or 4am... It's always the same no matter what time i go to sleep and it's starting to REALLY get on my nerves! It's ruining and wasting so much of my time and to say the least, my life itself!
Other times i will try to go to sleep early, i'll go to bed at say 8pm (early) and with the light off, Tv Off etc... I'll remain awake no matter how much i try for hours untill the early hours of the morning. I've tried to change my sleeping pattern, that doesnt work either! I've stayed up for 24 hours to fix it before, gone to sleep at around 9pm and woke up at 7am just fine! Got on with my day, but then the next day or the day after, everything gets flipped again and i go back into the messed up patterns...
1) Does anybody have a solution?
2) Does anybody have the same issues, had them or know somebody like this?
3) Do you think i should see my Doctor about this?
4) Does anybody know anything about this if it's some form of illness? (which i hope it's not)
