Monthly meet?

There's been some discussion about setting up regular big meets, time to stop threadjacking and move it here i think!

How about, bi-monthly. So that we can book up travel lodges if you need them.

Move it slightly each time, i.e. Peaks one time, south the next, north after that.

It sounds like a good idea. I like the Euro version or the UK version and both. Whats the plan for Saturday Bikermole?

from what people have said..

How about, a bi-monthly meet moving around the country, with the meet itself lasting one day, but finishing or starting near a hotel for those who wish to sleep?

I personally think a good idea would be to assign an organiser who is local to the meet, meaning the rest can enjoy themselves and the burden can be shared around

It would be best to plan places to go/see for each individual meet. Incase the organiser, sorting out a route, can't turn up and we then have no plan.

Good idea Curly, especially for the sole organiser, though, an organiser for each individual meet would be a better idea. Friz's knowledge of the peaks would be better than mine! Likewise, I might know more about north essex than Friz

I also like what Chuckles said.



Having them so often would be nice for the people who can't make every single one. At least they'll know that there will always be a next one.

So am I, and never have them 2 far south/north. Ie devon. I still needs to be reasonably feasible for everyone.
